• Please read below... by placing your order you acknowledge, agree & accept all of the EDEN LUXE Bridal policies and acknowledge, agree and accept that all ring and fine jewelry orders fall under the terms as outlined below. 


  • Initial Sizing is Complimentary.


  • Written appraisal will be mailed within approximately a week (or sooner) of receipt of ring which will give us time to prepare the appraisal paperwork and not hold up the shipment of your ring. 


    • Returns are accepted for a full refund within 7 days from the date you received your package, and we MUST be contacted via email customerservice@edenluxebridal.com within 7 days of UPS/FedEx verified delivery date to let us know you would like to return the item.
    • Once 7 calendar days have passed from date of delivery, items are eligible for exchange  / site credit only.
    • Items can be exchanged for site credit for up to 14 days from date of UPS/FedEx verified delivery.
    • Site credit must be used within 1 year from date of purchase.
    • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any International orders.
    • You MUST contact us via convo BEFORE you ship any item back to us so that we can arrange for fully insured shipping label.
    • All items must be packed safely and securely in the original boxes, with any certifications, and paperwork that came with the ring.
    • Once we receive the ring, we will check the condition of the item (it must be in original unaltered condition), and we will issue a refund within 3 days of receipt.
    • If the ring is NOT in its original condition (i.e.damaged, missing, altered or replaced stones, resized by another jeweler, etc.), it will NOT be eligible for a refund and the ring will be returned to you in the same condition that it arrived back to us and a refund will not be processed. All rings are photographed and documented immediately prior to shipping, so there is very clear documentation on how the ring was shipped out. 
    • Any custom purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Rings paid for on layaway are not eligible for return but can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.


    • All US ring purchases ship for FREE via fully insured UPS Two Day shipping with an adult (21 and over) signature required. You may also request to have the package held at a UPS location instead for no extra cost.
    • Prior to shipping your ring will be professionally cleaned and receive a final quality assurance by a Graduate Gemologist / Certified Gemologist Appraiser with over 36 years experience in the estate and fine jewelry industry.
    • Will ship 1-2 Business Days after purchase and funds clearing from your bank into our account.
    • Please note, shipping will be delayed by a day or two if ring sizing is requested before we send it to you.
    • Shipping occurs on Monday–Friday, not including US Holidays.

    • We will not ship to PO Boxes.

    OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: (US Clients Only):

    • If you need Overnight Shipping, please select "Overnight Shipping" at checkout for an additional fee of $35. Packages are only delivered Monday through Friday due to insurance requirements.
    • Please note that selecting "Overnight Shipping" does not guarantee that your package will arrive the next day due to timeframes required for bank funds processing and ring sizing.
    • However, if you pay via PayPal (thus funds are immediately deposited into our account) and the ring does not need resizing, we can often ship the ring out the next business day and possibly the same day depending on the time of day the order is placed. 


      • Funds must clear into our account before we will ship your ring out to you. This can take anywhere from 1-5 business days after your order is placed depending on your method of payment and bank processing times.


      • All International orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on International orders, due to customs regulations. If you need a repair on an International order, please contact us and we will try to refer you to a trusted jeweler in your area.


      • For all international customers, packages are fully insured and shipped via FedEx for flat fee of $99 USD. 

      DUTIES and TAXES:

      • Please note, International Clients will be subject to any taxes or import duties required by their country, and those fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price and cannot be prepaid for you by EDEN LUXE Bridal.
      • You can contact your local FedEx office for an estimate of what (if any) taxes you will be responsible for at pickup. 


      • We ship in the US and to Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries.
      • We ship only to the address registered with the credit card company that was paid with, but please contact us if you would like your package delivered to a different address and we will discuss your options.
      • Due to a lack of shipping insurance coverage, please see the list below for places that we are not able to ship to. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

      • If you need to return an item for a ring sizing, a full-refund or website credit, please follow these steps to make sure your package is fully insured.
      • Please email us to obtain an insured UPS return label which will be e-mailed to you. Please print it out to use on your return shipment.
      • To properly protect your shipment, it needs to be double boxed by placing your jewelry inside its original EDEN LUXE Bridal packaging, and back in the outer shipping box with proper padding so the inner box doesn't move around when shaken.
      • Affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at any UPS location.
      • Please be sure to obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.


      • Each ring is documented and photographed before we ship it to you and is double boxed and packed with the utmost care to ensure a damage-free delivery.
      • If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
